Text Messaging (SMS)

We collect your mobile phone number only when you enter it on a form on this website. You are opted in to text messages only if you check the SMS consent box on that form, which is unchecked by default and is never required to request or receive service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

If you opt in, Titan Garage Doors & Gates sends recurring automated text messages to the number you provided, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, service and technician updates, follow-ups after a visit, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent record are stored in our scheduling and customer management system and are accessible only to our staff and to the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf. That provider may only use the number to send messages for us and may not use it for any other purpose. If you reply STOP we keep a record of your opt-out so that we do not text you again. You may ask us to delete your number at any time using the contact details below.

Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile opt-in information and text messaging consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers our messages, strictly so those messages can be sent, and only as required by law.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. We may use Google Fonts to display typography and mapping services to show service areas. These providers may collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in accordance with their own privacy policies.
